Lets look at both these applications in more detail below:
For a bright, vivid effect, load your flat brush from the one stroke cake as normal, (avoiding the thin strip of white across the tip,). Or for an alternative colour scheme in a more pastel tint, load the brush across the whole cake (including the white). You can achieve a variety of tones of the same colour scheme by varying the amount of the white you pick up during loading.
You can also create stunning double loaded flowers in four different colourways by loading a petal brush or round brush with the white, removing the paint from the very tip of the brush (by wiping across a tissue) then dipping the tip into one of the four colours on the cake.
