OUR GUARANTEE
Our Price Beat Guarantee means that if you find a lower priced identical stocked item that's in stock with a competitor it can even be on sale), we will not just match it, we'll beat it by 5%.
Don’t forget our price guarantee excludes the items listed below under the heading “What items are excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee?”.
HOW DO I OBTAIN THE 5% REDUCTION?
ou can obtain the Price Beat Guarantee by calling Artist Paints on 1800 952 305 or emailing sales@artistpaints.com. You cannot obtain the Price Beat Guarantee via our online store.
You will need to:
- Record the price. This can be a catalogue clipping, screenshot on your phone, webpage or similar.
- Give us a call or drop us an email with your record of the cheaper price.
- Proof of purchase in the form of your Artist Paints confirmation email, order invoice or receipt must accompany your return request.
- Once approved, we’ll give you 5% off the matched price!
WHAT ITEMS DOES THE 5% REDUCTION APPLY TO?
Our guarantee applies to all identical products and services that are:
- Stocked at Artist Paints
- In stock at our competitor; and
- Not excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee (see below).
WHAT IS EXCLUDED FROM THE PRICE BEAT GUARANTEE?
- Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword)
- Commercial quantities and pricing (i.e. a reduced price not available to the public).
- Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)
- We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.
WHAT ABOUT ONLINE STORES?
Our Price Beat Guarantee includes products you find online - as long as the item is identical and in stock. When assessing the Price Beat Guarantee from online stores we also take into account the added cost of delivery to your location (if any). If the identical, in stock product can be purchased and delivered to your location via an online store for a total price lower than the one we are offering, we will beat that total price by 5%.
