Most standard delivery customers receive their order within 3 business days, but you should allow up to 5 business days for your goods to arrive. We recommend customers in regional areas, Western Australia and South Australia allow up to 7 business days.
Orders made on artistpaints.com may be eligible for Express Delivery (Australia only), offered for a flat rate of $12.00.
This service guarantees priority fulfilment and delivery. Most Express Delivery orders are delivered the following business day, but can take 1-3 business days during peak periods.
Order placed before 11:00am (business days) will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
If you are eligible for Express Delivery, you will have the option to choose this during the check-out.
Artist Paints will ship orders up to 20kg internationally (i.e. outside of Australia). You may choose from International Economy, International Standard or International Express shipping.
International Economy: Maximum weight 2kg, non-trackable, estimated delivery 10+ business days.
International Standard: Maximum weight 20kg, trackable, estimated delivery 3-10 business days.
International Express: Maximum weight 20kg, trackable, estimated delivery 2-4 business days.
Delivery Times & Order Delays
Orders placed during promotional periods may encounter a short delay in being dispatched, due to the high number of orders.
All delivery times are indicative only, and while we will always do every thing we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we will contact you as soon as possible in the rare case of an unavoidable delay.

If you have not received your order within the days (or hours) specified at the time of purchase, please Contact Us.
Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If your order is delayed for any reason an Artist Paint online representative will contact you to advise of the delay.
In rare cases an order may be delayed due to our Fraud Protection Process. We will endeavour to notify you immediately if your order is being investigated. In most cases the delay is minimal, as we can dispatch the goods as soon as the credit card holder’s identity is verified. Our Fraud Protection Process protects our customers from fraudulent orders and transactions. You can read more about this process in our T&Cs.
Signature On Delivery
In some cases parcels require a signature when they're delivered. We recommend choosing a delivery address that you're commonly at during business hours.
If there is nobody authorised to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will either:
a) leave the parcel in a safe place; or, b) leave a card notifying you of attempted delivery, and return the parcel to the nearest Australia Post for you to collect at your convenience.
If you cannot find a parcel delivered by Australia Post, you can call them for further information on 13 11 18. Unfortunately, Artist Paints does not have authority to request this information on your behalf.
